The proof layer for AML consultants
From policy to proof in one link.
Lyts turns each client’s AML program into a living, exam-ready evidence trail. Link every policy clause and FINTRAC obligation to verified, timestamped proof, so effectiveness reviews take days, not weeks.

Every review starts by rebuilding the same evidence file.
Your client's policies live in Word. The evidence lives everywhere else: inboxes, shared drives, screenshots.
An effectiveness review is due at least every two years, and every engagement starts by rebuilding the evidence file from scratch.
FINTRAC can ask a client for records and typically expects them within 30 days, usually while you are mid-engagement.
Undated, unversioned files are easy to dispute and hard to defend in a review file that carries your name.
How it works
Three steps, in order. Each one produces something a reviewer can open.
- STEP 01
Drop evidence, get a smart link.
You or your client upload a file, or point to it where it already lives. Lyts mints a link with a SHA-256 fingerprint, a trusted timestamp, version history, and an access log.
- STEP 02
Map links to obligations.
A built-in PCMLTFA / FINTRAC obligation library. Connect each requirement to the policy clause that addresses it and the evidence that proves it. Map a sector once, then reuse it across every client in it.
- STEP 03
Hand over an exam-ready package.
Close the engagement with expiring, access-logged links instead of a zip file of chaos. Your client forwards it when the request lands, and you both see exactly what was opened, and when.
Every sealed record looks like this:

Built for your practice.
Run effectiveness reviews on a live traceability matrix instead of Excel. Reuse your obligation mappings across clients, white-label every client workspace, and keep clients current between reviews instead of starting from zero every two years.
Whatever sector your clients report in.
Money services businesses, real estate, securities dealers, mortgage brokers, precious metals and stones. One obligation library covers your whole book, and each client gets a sealed workspace of their own that they never have to pay for.

Questions
Short answers about what Lyts does, and what it deliberately does not do.
Is Lyts a document vault?
No. Smart links can wrap files where they already live; Lyts seals the fingerprint, timestamp, and access trail rather than replacing your storage.
Does Lyts confirm my evidence is accurate or "true"?
No. Lyts verifies integrity and chain of custody: that this exact file existed at this time and hasn't been altered. Judging content is your reviewer's job.
Does Lyts file reports with FINTRAC?
No. Lyts sits above your reporting and screening tools and organizes the proof they produce.
Who is Lyts built for?
AML consultants and independent reviewers in Canada. Lyts is sold to consulting practices, not to reporting entities: you hold the account and open a workspace for each client you act for.
Do my clients need their own subscription?
No. Client staff upload evidence into the workspace you open for them, and reviewers or regulators open sealed links without an account. Only your practice pays.
Is Lyts legal or compliance advice?
No. Lyts is software. Engage a qualified professional for advice on your obligations.
